One of the things this global pandemic has pointed out is the imperative of paying attention – of seeing instead of sifting what we don't want to see, and then having the wisdom to know what to do with it. Clearly reading and responding to early intelligence could have been a key to curbing this COVID-19 crisis SMH, but the good news, beloved, is that wisdom – if wanted – can always be found.
James declares in 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him."
Proverbs 2:6 says, "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;"
And Proverbs 8:1-8 asks, "With great understanding, Wisdom is calling out as she stands at the crossroads and on every hill. She stands by the city gate where everyone enters the city, and she shouts: "I am calling out to each one of you! Good sense and sound judgment can be yours. Listen, because what I say is worthwhile and right. I always speak the truth and refuse to tell a lie. Every word I speak is honest, not one is misleading or deceptive."
So seek her, cherish her, guard her, and heed her as you navigate this crisis season. For this is your strong charge beloved – and this is your Maximize moment.
